Radial Needle Roller and Cage Assemblies
FYB---radial needle roller and cage assemblies is a complete bearing unit composed of cage and needle rollers. With the capability of bearing heavy load & high rigidity in the minimum radial structural space, it is mainly used as raceway in shaft and bearing box. Under high precision shaft and bracket-hole raceway, it has a very high rotating precision. Work intervals can be regulated according to the needle rollers, installing shaft and bracket hole. Convenient for installation, it is a very economical bearing applied in harsh conditions.
As to the shaft and bracket hole which can’t be quench-hardened, they can be treated by inlaying with IR standard ring specially manufactured by this company. This product can be widely used in the driving shaft, gearbox and connecting rod shaft disposition of auto, motorcycle and engineering machinery.
Types of Designs:
There are single-row K-type and double-row K…ZW-type for this kind of bearings. Special dissectible structure of single row K…D-type and double row K…ZW-type can be adopted for supporting in the concave neck of crankshaft when complete assembly can’t be carried out. Various structural styles, such as lathed & punched type, M & K type etc. are available for choice and use on different occasions, and it can also be designed according to the special structural requirements of customers.
Product Precision Accuracy:
Mutual difference of needle rollers is 2μm, and the precision class is G2 (ISO GB309).
The assembly nominal width Bc is –0.20 for upper deviation and -0.5 for lower deviation.
It can also be defined according to the special requirements of customers.
Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel.
Material for cages can be quality low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel and reinforced nylon according to different occasions and requirements.
The width of axial location is based on the assembly nominal-width Bc and conforms to the tolerance defined in H12 regulation.
When plastic cages are used (suffixed with TN), operating temperature is not allowed to surpass +120℃ during continuous work.
Standardized shaft and bracket-hole tolerance should be chosen and internal running clearance of standard radial can be achieved by utilizing standard needle rollers.
